AUSTRALIA WIDE DELIVERY


All orders will be delivered within Australia by Australia Post – Registered. Allow 3-7 business days for delivery using this service:


$6.00 AUD for up to 50g - Most small emblems that can be packed in a registered envelope

$9.15 AUD for over 50g and up to 500g - Medium to large sized decals that will be packed in a box

$17.95 AUD for over 500g and up to 1kg - Multiple medium to large sized decals that will be packed in a box


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We also offer international shipping. All parcels are well packed and sent by Australia Post – Registered Post International or Pack and Track International. Both these services provide proof of postage and tracking from acceptance to delivery. Allow 7-10 business days for delivery using these services. Each international orders postage cost will be calculated based on your chosen product quantity weight and its zoned destination. We use the current Australia Post rate card to calculate these costs on check out as indicated below:

You will receive one email when your order has been processed and another email when your order leaves us.


DELIVERY TIMES

Your order will be shipped via Australia Post or Australian Air. All decals are made to order so we strive to process your order within 1-2 business days of it being received. In metropolitan areas this will mean delivery within 2-4 business days of order completion. In regional areas, delivery will usually take 3-7 business days however; can sometimes be longer in remote areas. Over holiday periods and during sales promotions this may not always be possible. If your order is delayed for any reason, we endeavour to contact you and advise you of shipping times. Of course you can always check the status of your order in the order history section of the web site.

RETURNS


Auto Grafik decals are a made-to-order product specifically to your chosen colours/text meaning we do not keep stock. So unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible if you selected the wrong colour/text which means we cannot accept returns due to the custom nature of the product. Please choose carefully and double check your order before proceeding to check out. In the very rare case that a product may be defective, Auto Grafik will replace the decals after inspection.

If a product has a defect, then you should return that product to us for inspection. Please read through the following steps carefully if you wish to return goods to us.
To return a defective product, you must return it within 7 days of purchase.

You should email us at decals@autografik.com.au and notify us of your intention to return the goods. We are not liable for any return postage costs.

Please include a note detailing the nature of the defect and the transaction number for your order. We will then examine the product and if it is found to be defective you will be issued with a replacement.
